Transform Your Relationship — By Starting With You
You’re not asking for too much.
You just want to feel seen, valued, and connected in your relationship again.
You don’t have to do this on your own.
You might be here because you’re feeling exhausted — tired of feeling alone in your relationship, tired of carrying the emotional load, and tired of trying to fix things without support. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a safe, grounding place to start.
My approach to relationship counselling and coaching is trauma-informed, gentle, and practical. Together, we explore your patterns, strengthen your boundaries, rebuild your self-worth, and support your nervous system so you can transform your relationship from the inside out — even if your partner isn’t ready to attend therapy.
Most relationship challenges aren’t random. They come from past wounds, unmet needs, and protective patterns we develop to feel safe. Women often fear being alone or unseen. Men often fear shame — the belief that they’re failing or “not enough.” When one partner reaches for closeness and the other withdraws, both end up hurting. It doesn’t mean the relationship is broken; it means the dynamic needs support.
When you begin showing up differently — with clearer boundaries, calmer communication, and deeper self-worth — the dynamic shifts. And when the dynamic shifts, your partner’s behaviour often changes too. This is the heart of sustainable relationship transformation.
This is why I offer three pathways to relationship support:
Individual Relationship Counselling for women wanting clarity, self-worth, emotional regulation, and practical tools to improve communication, shift patterns, and change their relationship dynamic — even on their own.
Couples Counselling for partners ready to learn healthier communication, conflict resolution strategies, emotional safety, and deeper connection.
Women’s Group Coaching Programs for those seeking community, guidance, and long-term personal growth in a supportive, empowering environment.
Each option is designed to meet you where you are and help you build the healthy, connected, emotionally safe relationship you want — starting with you.
“Verity’s authenticity and openness made it easier for me to be open, too. She models a way of working that feels grounded in compassion and genuine curiosity, which made it a safe place to explore my thoughts and feelings."

Individual Counselling
If you’re lonely, overwhelmed, resentful, or confused about what’s happening in your relationship, individual counselling may be your safest and strongest first step.
We’ll work with your nervous system, your boundaries, your inner patterns, and your communication so you can show up differently — not perfectly, just differently — and shift the dynamic between you and your partner.
This is for you if you want:
Clarity about what’s really going on
Tools for communication and boundaries
To feel like yourself again
To reduce conflict without abandoning your needs
To change your relationship even if he won’t attend therapy (yet)
Couples Counselling
When both partners are willing to show up, beautiful things can happen. My couples sessions create emotional safety so you can speak, listen, and repair without blame, shame, or shutdown. We’ll explore your dynamic, not your “faults,” and help you reconnect as a team.
